Moe's Southwest Grill (Location Finder)
"There is no gelatin in the guacamole although the Chipotle Ranch sauce contains egg yolks.  We use only vegetable oil and vegetable stock. The tofu, beans (black and pinto), rice, and salsa are vegan." Pretty much the only non vegan things are the actual meat. The tortillas are vegan.

Little Caesars Pizza (Location Finder)
"For the Strict Vegetarian Diet
Strict vegetarian diets require a little more planning for nutritional adequacy because there may be special conditions - no animal by-products. Little Caesars pizza crust is made with a quality, high-protein flour and contains no eggs or dairy-based conditioners. The sauce is made from crushed tomatoes and is seasoned with a special blend of natural herbs and spices - it also is made without animal broth or by-products. This means that customers who are strict vegetarians can order a Little Caesars vegetable pizza, without cheese, and still fulfill their needs.
There are other items that can be special-ordered from our menu that are acceptable for a strict vegetarian diet. For example, Crazy Bread can be ordered without Parmesan cheese along with an order of Crazy Sauce on the side."

Arby's

Arby's has at present 3 different "Market Fresh Salads" these can be modified to be vegan.

"The new Loaded Potato Bites are definitely off-limits, because they contain bacon and milk and eggs.  Our honey wheat bread in the Market Fresh line of sandwiches is out, too.  Our cheese manufacturer almost exclusively uses microbial rennet; however, the retain the right to use rennet of animal origin, too.

I have written in answer to other vegan requests that made mention of our Fries being considered vegan-safe.  I do not allow that from where I sit.  The Curly Fries are seasoned at present with a blend that uses a milk protein as a vehicle for flavorings, and all fries are prepared in oil that may be common to many products that contain ingredients of animal-origin.  That is, because of the potential for what must be considered a contact transfer (and even contamination by one pursuing the vegan lifestyle), I do not recommend that you partake of any of our fried items."
