"There is no gelatin in the guacamole
although the Chipotle Ranch sauce contains egg yolks. We use
only vegetable oil and vegetable stock. The tofu, beans
(black and pinto), rice, and
salsa are vegan." Pretty much the only non vegan things are
the actual meat. The tortillas are vegan.
